Getting started with Harmony Pilates

There are several easy ways to begin your Pilates journey with us. If you’re ready to start right away, simply create an account and purchase a New Client Introduction and Assessment through our front desk. After your assessment, you can book classes anytime using our online scheduler. Just visit the class schedule on this website and log in to your account.

New to Pilates?

Pilates is a highly effective and enjoyable method of fitness that supports better strength, flexibility, and overall movement. It complements an active lifestyle and helps improve muscle imbalances, posture, endurance, and everyday functional mobility. With consistent practice, you’ll notice improvements in how you sit, stand, walk, run, and perform daily activities or athletic movements.

We offer a full range of Pilates options, including equipment classes, private sessions, semi-private and trio sessions, as well as specialized workshops. Our programs accommodate all levels, from complete beginners to experienced clients. We also provide classes tailored for individuals recovering from an injury or returning to activity after time off. You will feel and see the difference Pilates makes.

What to expect in our classes

Our instructors teach 50-minute classes with small groups of 7 to 8 participants to ensure you receive personalized attention and maintain proper form throughout each exercise. Our studios are equipped with Balanced Body Reformers with Towers, allowing for safe, controlled, and effective training. Classes are available seven days a week for your convenience.

No prior experience is required. New clients start with a New Client Assessment and an Introduction to Pilates Reformer to help you feel confident and comfortable. Private Pilates sessions are also highly recommended for beginners and those transitioning from physical therapy. We offer new clients and clients coming out of PT a discounted 3-pack of private sessions to support a smooth and successful start.

Our studio features state-of-the-art Balanced Body Reformers and specialized Pilates apparatus designed to support strength, alignment, and mobility during every workout. Located in Manoa, we offer classes throughout the day and on weekends, giving you plenty of scheduling options to fit Pilates into your routine.
